Shish kabobs and peach cobbler

I just got back from visiting with the parents, bringing Lauren along with me. My uncle Jim was there too. We had tasty shish kabobs of veggies, meat, and faux meat. Afterwards was peach cobbler, a delicacy prepared by my mother.
After this culinary excursion, I got to buy textbooks online. Ouch. The pricing for 6 upper level math and computer science classes is outrageous. $789 for used books, as if my tuition ($4140) wasn’t enough. Sheesh.
Oh well. I still had a good time.

I am setting up this fancy blog software so that I can use it to publish a podcast I am in the early stages of starting. I will be reading the Thousand Nights and a Night stories.
